Custom Software
Web applications, internal platforms, and APIs for the workflows no SaaS product fits. TypeScript and Python where it counts, built for the systems and scale you actually have.
Dev Depot is an engineering team delivering software solutions and AI automation for enterprise clients. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team and fight to ship — production systems, not prototypes.
Services
Web applications, internal platforms, and APIs for the workflows no SaaS product fits. TypeScript and Python where it counts, built for the systems and scale you actually have.
Production-grade agents and pipelines for high-volume, low-judgment work — sales ops, support triage, document processing, data extraction. Measurable throughput, human oversight where it matters.
We connect the systems you already run — CRM, ERP, billing, data warehouse, comms. Fewer manual handoffs, cleaner data, faster cycle times.
What we cover
Our team covers the full surface — from product to platform — so you're not stitching together three vendors to ship one system.
Web applications, internal platforms, and APIs built for the systems and scale you actually have.
Production-grade agents and pipelines for the high-volume, low-judgment work — sales ops, support triage, document processing.
Stitching together the tools you already run — CRM, ERP, billing, data warehouse, comms. Fewer manual handoffs, cleaner data.
Cloud architecture, observability, infrastructure-as-code. Deployed on Azure, AWS, or your own metal — your call.
Pipelines, warehouses, dashboards. The reporting layer that turns operational data into business decisions.
CI/CD, durable workflows, deployment automation, monitoring. The boring infrastructure that makes everything else reliable.
Process
A short intro call to understand your systems, constraints, and what success looks like.
Fixed-scope proposal with milestones, timelines, and a clear price. No surprises.
Weekly demos, production-grade code, tight feedback loops. 4–12 week engagements.
Hand-off with documentation, or an ongoing retainer for evolution and support.
Commitments
Most engineering vendors sell hours. We sell outcomes — and we put our name on five commitments to make sure we deliver them.
We own the work end-to-end. Discovery, delivery, deployment, and what happens after.
We're on the hook for results. Features are easy — outcomes are the job. We commit to your OKRs, not just the tickets.
We work in short cycles with weekly demos. You see the system come together in real time, and you have room to adjust course as we go.
What ships is production-ready: tested, observable, documented, maintainable. We don't hand over code that turns into your problem next quarter.
Once it's live, it stays live. Monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement are part of the engagement — not an upsell.
How we bill
We don't bill hours — billing hours rewards going slow. We bill Capacity Units (CUs): fixed monthly blocks of delivery capacity, tied to the OKRs we agree on together. One CU is enough to take a small product from concept to working alpha in one quarter, drive steady feature delivery on an existing system, or harden and operate a production platform.
How that capacity is staffed — engineering, QA, project management — is our problem, not yours. You buy outcomes; we allocate the people.
Every engagement starts at €4,250 / CU / month for the first quarter — our introductory rate while we calibrate to your team and your goals. From there, the rate for each new quarter is set by the previous quarter's OKR results.
when we hit your OKRs
when we exceed them
if OKRs aren't met
We don't earn the performance rate by charging more — we earn it by helping you exceed targets we agreed on at the start of the quarter. We set OKRs together, review them together, and adjust the rate together. No unilateral grading.
The number of CUs depends on the work:
The longer we work together, the more aligned the incentives get.
